Beer Warsaw Expo 2025 Summary: Passion and craftsmanship in one place
The second edition of Beer Warsaw Expo is behind us. The event took place on March 11-13, 2025 at Ptak Warsaw Expo. This fair is strengthening its position on the European market, which is confirmed by the numbers. The number of visitors reached 2148 participants.

The Beer Warsaw Expo Trade Fair is a valued brand in the brewing industry. This is confirmed by business partners who were present at the event, including Browary Polskie, Centrum Wina, Sunny Wines, La Tienda Espanola, Browar Bałtów and CASTEL FRERES. Meeting them provided many business opportunities:
- learning about innovative products and services in the field of biotechnology, automation and process management, and production and process technologies
- establishing valuable business contacts with valued leaders in the sector
- positioning oneself among premium brands open to contracting and establishing new business relationships
“Innovation”, “Trade Fair Product” and “Trade Fair Premiere” – in these categories the Trade Fair Medals were awarded during Beer Warsaw Expo 2025. This is a laurel that rewards outstanding producers and distributors in the industry. The medals were presented by Dariusz Drąg (Development Director of Ptak Warsaw Expo), Paweł Babski (President of the National Trade Chamber) and Jerzy Romański (Vice President of the Polish Federation of MŚP). Summary of the main conferences of Beer Warsaw Expo 2025
The Innovation in Brewing Forum conference was the substantive part of Beer Warsaw Expo 2025. During it, participants could take part in many educational events.
One of them was advice on excise duty and food law. Experts from the Customs and Tax Advisory Office provided information on the classification of beer under excise duty, relief for small breweries and the accounting and recording of flavoured beer.
Participants could also learn about an extraordinary Polish low-alcohol alternative. The “Miody sesyjne” panel was led by Arkadiusz Kubeł from Miodosytnia Warmińska. He shared many valuable facts about this innovation and answered questions from participants.
These are just some of the educational events that took place during the Innovation in Brewing Forum. Those interested were also invited to the “Introduction to the World of Beers” and the Conference of Modern Solutions in the Wine Industry.
